Tracer additives must not be used under any circumstances, failure to comply will invalidate warranty on all refrigeration system components Production change - Measure Depending on the model type (see below Figure 1 Bentayga and Figure 2 New Flying Spur) the operative should check the rear HVAC unit expansion valve connections for any HVAC system leaks, in the event a leak is discovered the operative should refer to the applicable Rep.Gr to gain access to the leaking component(s) and replace the applicable parts (O-rings) • Once the location of the leak is identified all of the applicable O-rings should be replaced TIP: Ensure the correct specified refrigerant sniffer/ detection leak tool is used to check for any signs of a leak HINT: The operative Must ensure there is enough pressure in the HVAC system to successfully carry out the leak diagnosis, in the event there is not enough pressure the operative must refer to Rep.Gr 87 - Refrigeration system - To discharge and charge Bentayga Figure 1 INTERNAL New Flying Spur Figure 2 • Once the source of the leak is identified - Refer to Rep.Gr 87 and discharge the HVAC system • Conduct a visual inspection of all components/mating faces • Ensuring all components are free of damage/contamination replace all applicable O-Rings (complete sets) • Refer to Rep.Gr 87 - Charge the HVAC system • Confirm the leak is no longer evident Warranty accounting instructions Due to the various symptoms and repair methods which may be evident and/or required (depending on the symptom), the operative should refer to the Labour operations section within Elsa pro when submitting rework claims which apply to the applicable symptom Parts information Refer to the ETKA parts catalogue INTERNAL
