It's been several months since the launch of the 2022 Civic, but we've noticed a few claims where customers say the
backlighting for the climate control unit are out, but the unit is otherwise fully functional.
If a customer comes in with this type of complaint, take a quick look at the under-hood fuse box and check to see if the
No. 37 (30 A) fuse was installed. Correct installation of this fuse can quickly resolve the issue and get the customer back
down the road.
