Some customers may comment on the chrome around the far right dash vent (1) does not
illuminate like the left dash (2) and center dash (3), as shown in the picture above.
Cause
DO NOT replace any parts to correct the customer concern. This is the normal operation.
Correction
Please communicate to the customer this condition is a normal operating characteristic of
their vehicle. It will not impact the designed performance or reliability of the vehicle.
Please share this information with the customer, including a copy of this message.
