Technicians may find DTC P0607 in the body control module (BCM) set current or in recent history. Cause The cause of the condition may be an internal BCM software anomaly can inadvertently set DTC P0607 and set the check engine light. Correction Do not replace the BCM. Engineering is currently investigating a root cause. 1. Clear all DTCs and perform a global battery reset. 2. Ensure all modules have powered down. 3. Start the vehicle and ensure the check engine light does not return. Warranty Information For vehicles repaired under the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage (Canada Base Warranty coverage), use the following labor operation. Reference the Applicable Warranties section of Investigate Vehicle History (IVH) for coverage information.
