Some customers may comment on a Service Leveling System/Speed
Limited message on DIC. Dealers may nd no DTC's present.
This could be caused by incorrect vehicle ride height variance due to an aftermarket
lowering kit installed.
Correction:
Inspect for vehicle ride height being altered by performing the Trim Height Inspection (example Document ID
# 5568651.)
These lowering kits can cause premature wear to the air suspension components, tires, CV Joint, and also a ect
headlamp aiming.

Note: Decreased distance between top of tire and fender well.
If the suspension has been found to be lower than factory settings, inspect for aftermarket adjustable suspension
height sensor links being installed.
Factory suspension height sensor links are not adjustable. As shown below:

Aftermarket Adjustable Height Sensor Linkages incorrectly adjusted side to side.
Aftermarket Adjustable Height Sensor Link not secured properly, preventing accurate height sensor readings.
Notice Angle or Rear Axle Drive Shaft due to suspension being lowered.

Administration – Labor Operation 0600014 – Suspected Tampering or Vehicle Modi cations) if needed.
