Involved Region or Country North America Condition Cause Some customers may comment on a rattle noise from under the vehicle while driving. The retainer clips that hold the Exhaust Underbody Heat Shield may have become loose or missing, shown below. Correction: Install updated retainer clip P/N 11602886 for Silverado 1500 / Sierra 1500 and P/N 11603508 for SUV and tighten by hand until heat shield is secured into position.
