NOTE: This Informational bulletin applies to vehicles equipped with Tru-Lok Front & Rear
Axles (Sales Code DSE).
DISCUSSION:
A service kit (Sensor Kit, Axle: 68544629AA) is available to repair the Axle Locker Sensor on the
vehicles equipped with both the M210 and M220 Tru-Lok axles (Sales Code DSE). This parts
kit must be used when the Axle Locker Sensor fails. Do not replace the Front or Rear Axle
assemblies. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in DealerCONNECT/Service Library
under: Service Info>03 - Differential and Driveline / Sensors / Removal and Installation / Axle
Locker Sensor.
NOTE: Customers may comment on a Service Axle Locker message displayed in the
Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) for this condition.
