CONDITION
The customer may complain of “The Hybrid System may be overheating” displayed in vehicle alerts
and further inspection may find Vehicle Control History (RoB) DTC X0528 (Generator Inverter
Temperature High) stored. This issue is under investigation at this time.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Please create a TAS case and contact TAS for instruction prior to diagnosing or repairing of the
vehicle. If it is a weekend or a holiday, continue with diagnosis and repair. Please save all parts and/or
details and contact TAS on the next available workday.
Prior to contacting TAS, attach the following to the case:
1.
Techstream file with complete Health Check, All Freeze Frame Data and Vehicle Control
History (RoB) data from Hybrid Control
2.
Photo of HV Water Pump Parts Identification Tag

Photo of Inverter Parts Identification Tag
