Case Number: S2223000066 Release Date: September 2022 Symptom/Vehicle Issue: Power Top Rattles Over Bumps And Rough Roads. Customer Complaint/Technician Observation: Vehicle is equipped with the STJ Sky One power top. Customer complaint of a rattle noise while driving coming from the roof area. Discussion: The power top system is fastened to the sport bar with 16 screws. Verify the torque for these fasteners is correct. Refer to the attached torque table and fastener location images below. If screw torque is not with in specification and is low replace the screw with updated fastener(s). 06513816AA for rear aperture and front screws (yellow locations in Fig 2). 06512210AA for the body screws (center red locations in Fig 2).
