Headlamp Inner Lens Stain

CONDITION SUMMARY:
Situation: A stain may be evident on the headlamp inner lens.
Cause: This may be caused by condensation formed on the inner lens due to the breather vent strategy and the inner
coating specification.
Action: Should a customer express this concern, follow the Service Instruction outlined below.

the lamp is unacceptable and the headlamps must be changed.
NOTE: The 'tick' shows 'spotting'. This condition in the oval area of the lamp is acceptable and the
headlamps must not be changed.
Install a new right and left headlamp assembly (see TOPIx Workshop Manual, Section 417-01).
