Cause 1: Depletion of the Power Budget available to customer to enable use of vehicle features. (Note: The available Budget is restored after a Key On/Off event). If so advise the customer that this is a normal function of the vehicle to protect the customer from experiencing a discharged battery. If an issue is suspected check the following before commencing with in depth diagnostics: Carry out a battery test using a Midtronics tester, follow the recommended actions as per the “Battery Care requirements” document located in Topix Section 414:00.
