Technicall Description: – The Powertrain control module (PCM) will have codes for low coolant. Status: – – – – – Pressure test the coolant system as detailed in TOPIx section 303-03 Diagnosis and Testing Engine Cooling Inspect all cooling system components for leaks while performing pressure test diagnosis.( Expansion tank, turbo, thermostat housing, radiators and coolers, etc) If this is a repeat return for the customer, then conduct overnight pressure test and check level/pressure.. If a fault is found, please raise an EPQR detailing the component replaced and exactly where the leak was found. If there is a loss of pressure but no leak is found, then contact TA quoting PTS_500 Cooling.
