Information:
It is possible that dirt has accumulated in the area of the front camera on the affected vehicles
due to improper cleaning of the windshield during installation.
If this is the case, the function of the camera and rain sensor may be restricted.
Action required: Clean front windshield in the front camera area and replace rain sensor.

Work Procedure: 1
Remove rain sensor, see  Workshop Manual 'Removing and installing rain sensor'.

Remove front camera, see  Workshop Manual 'Removing and installing front camera'.

Clean any oil residues from the windshield in the area around the front camera and the rain sensor
using a suitable cleaning agent.

Re-install the front camera.

Replace rain sensor, see  Workshop Manual 'Removing and installing rain sensor'.

Enter the campaign in the Warranty and Maintenance booklet.
