Issue Description
On the affected vehicles, due to a software error, it is
possible that low current limits are sporadically transmitted from the air-conditioning system control unit
to the air conditioning fan, especially when using the
permanent driving lights.
If this is the case, the ventilation of the vehicle interior
is impaired by the air conditioning fan.
For this reason, the air-conditioning system control
unit of the affected vehicles must be re-programmed
with an updated data set.
What Dealers Should do
Please arrange for this measure to be carried out as
soon as possible on affected vehicles. As of the time
of this posting, the repair is immediately available.
