How To Obtain A VWHub ID
To access the VW Now portal (www.vw-now.com), you must have a VWHub ID. If you do not have
a VWHub ID, please contact your Dealership Extranet Administrator and they will create one for
you.
How To Update Your Email In The VWHub
To receive VW Now email communications, be sure to keep your email address updated in the
VWHub. Please see the instructions below:

Click here to login to VWHub

Once logged in, click on the “My Account” tab.

Once on the “My Account” screen, click “Personal Profile” and scroll down until you see the
“Email” form and select “Update.” Please note: We encourage all authorized dealership
employees to use a dealership identifier in their email address (i.e.,
[email protected]).

Enter your email, save your update, and you’re done!

To enroll for SMS text alerts, please follow the instructions below. Please note: The SMS text alerts
are only sent for important and critical business communications.

Click here to log in to VW Now

Select the menu in the upper right of VW Now

Select “Account Settings”

Turn on SMS Notification & add your mobile number

Save & Close
