Information:
There is a possibility that the brake lines on the front axle between the brake calliper and brake
hose were damaged during the production process on the affected vehicles.
If this is the case, corrosion can occur at the brake lines over the service life.
Action required: Check FRONT brake line at the left and right and rework or replace it, depending on the result of the
check.

There are two bleeder valves on the brake calliper. Brake fluid must be drained at both bleeder
valves in order to bleed the brakes.
•
Always bleed the outer bleeder valve first.
Work Procedure: 1
Unclip electric plug connection for the brake pad wear indicator at the brake line.

Loosen and unscrew union nut on the 

Collect escaping brake fluid in a suitable
container.

Then remove the brake line and close off the
opening on the brake hose using a suitable
stopper.
