Subject: First 2023 Quarterly Technician Quiz - TQ0123
Mitsubishi Technical Training has launched the first 2023 Quarterly Technician Quiz.
TQ0123 will be available from January 4 - April 7, 2023 and dealer personnel must
successfully complete this quiz no later than April 7, 2023. MMNA has a long-standing
tradition of familiarizing its dealer partners' technicians with critical technical
documents that aid in repairing vehicles and will ensure they are properly repaired the
first time. The information in this quiz comes from the following documents which were
released during the period of October 1 - December 31, 2022:

•
Technical Information Notices
•
Technical Service Bulletins
•
Service Recalls or Campaigns
To answer the questions on the quiz, the technician will have the opportunity to open and
review the source documents before providing an answer. This will help to ensure that
the technicians have reviewed all current essential repair instructions, programming
information, recalls, and Service Manual updates. Dealer technicians are provided credit
for successful completion of the quiz as part of the Dealer Recognition Program yearly
goals.
