Please be advised that Macan vehicles have been added to WMQ3. The parts for these vehicles will be
allocated in the same way that other vehicles affected by WMQ3 are allocated. Please refrain from submitting
PRMS tickets or other inquiries about parts availability.
The TI for the Macan is now available in PCSS and the AfterSales Document Database.

Please be advised that the use of "donor cars/parts" are not to be used to remedy a vehicle affected by WMQ3.
Your dealer can only use the allocated parts from PCNA in order to remedy vehicles affected by WMQ3.
As a reminder, dealers are not allowed to use donor cars/parts for any campaign unless explicitly stated by
PCNA for that particular campaign remedy.
Update 5/13/22
Please be advised that parts have begun to be allocated for small quantities of vehicles affected by WMQ3 in
dealer inventory. Please continue to refrain from ordering parts or requests regarding the availability of parts.
Repairs can now begin on affected vehicles with an allocated part.
The TI for WMQ3 has been published and is available in PCSS and the AfterSales Document Database.
Vehicle blocking
Vehicles must not be delivered to customers until the required remedial measure has been carried out.
Therefore, please carry out following Stop Delivery, immediately.
Important Information:
• At present, no statement can be made about the availability of parts. Together with our suppliers, we
are working at high priority to procure the required capacities of components. As soon as these are
available, we will inform you immediately. In the meantime, please refrain from requests regarding the
availability of parts.
• The Technical Information is available as of 5/13/22
• The creation of jobs as well as the invoicing of the campaign is only possible with the availability of
the remedial measure.
Overview
Due to worldwide semiconductor shortages experienced by some suppliers, the affected vehicles were built
without a loudspeaker booster.
As a result, audio output is not available on these vehicles.
For this reason, the loudspeaker booster must be retrofitted on the affected vehicles before handing the
vehicles over to customers once the control unit is available.

*Please note due to newly produced vehicles from current production, more vehicles will be assigned to this
campaign until loudspeaker boosters are available.
Vehicle usage
The vehicles may only be driven for loading and unloading purposes in the transport chain and, if necessary,
by Porsche Dealer personnel.
Any further use is not permitted. Test drives are to be omitted.
