Technicians may find one or both of the following DTCs set in the BCM. • B2B05 - HVAC Temp Motor - Front 1 Performance • B2B06 - HVAC Temp Motor - Front 2 Performance Cause The condition may be caused by a mismatch of B020 firmware and B018 parameters. Page 2 January, 2023 Bulletin No.: 22-NA-248 6213239 Correction 6213261 Visually inspect the right side temperature valve actuator (1) and the left side temperature valve actuator (2) for a yellow dot, as shown in the pictures above, that indicates the parts were manually re-flashed. If the yellow dot is present, replace the temperature valve actuator. Warranty Information For vehicles repaired under the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage (Canada Base Warranty coverage), use the following labor operation. Reference the Applicable Warranties section of Investigate Vehicle History (IVH) for coverage information.
