The customer may complain that KESSY door lock and/or unlock features from the exterior door handles are
inoperative. The key(s) may still work via FOB functions (button press).
One or both of the following DTCs may be present in Address 09:

Remote control key 1 Movement sensor faulty
B147AF0
Remote control key 2 Movement sensor faulty
Service
Replacement of the key remote is not necessary. Remove the battery from the affected key(s) and leave removed for
20 seconds. Re-install the battery, and verify operation of KESSY lock and unlock.
