Customer reports, Engine Light is on and poor cabin heating.
Technicall Description:
–
Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0128-00 Coolant Thermostat (Coolant
Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature) is also present in the
Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
Status:
–
Confirm the vehicle symptoms as reported.
-Replace the Thermostat Housing as per TOPIx WSM section: 303-03 ENGINE
COOLING - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL.
-Take a sample of coolant in a (150 ml) sample bottle.
-Raise an ePQR, quoting this SSM, along with the repair.
