All sensors sent back to JLR were No Fault Found (NFF). The connection of the anti-trap sensor to the harness is suspected to be the main cause of the issue and has been noticed before on multiple vehicles. Cause: Suspected poor connection between anti-trap sensor and harness Action: Please carry out the following: Confirm vehicle symptoms as reported Take photographs of the connection between anti-trap sensor and harness Disconnect and reconnect the anti-trap sensor to the harness Attach all photographs to an ePQR if the customer symptom(s) have been resolved, quoting this SSM, along with the repair.
