IMPORTANT- Information on Remote Engine Starters
It has come to our attention that there may be a potential parts quality issue with certain Remote Engine
Starter kits. We are asking that dealers please check their inventory and identify any bad lots (listed
below) and return them to their facing warehouse. All of the RDC’s have sorted and removed any
inventory that may be affected.

Once you have identified the number of affected parts please call the Parts Information Coordinators with
the quantities of each and a return will be entered for you. These should be sent back to your facing
warehouse.
All available inventory showing at the RDC’s is safe to order and outside the affected date ranges. Please
reorder as needed.
