Technical Service Bulletin
Please postpone repairs as there is currently no effective repair for the complaint described by the customer.
1. Delete DTC P060C00 with symptom 30924 in the ECM, J623 (address word 0001).
2. Explain to the customer that a solution is expected to be available by the end of the 3rd quarter of 2023
(subject to change) and that no repairs are necessary at this point. This is a rare occurrence, but if it happens
again, please explain to the customer that an ignition cycle (i.e. shut off the vehicle, then restart the vehicle)
will restore the vehicle and/or engine performance. Do not replace any components for this condition since
this will not resolve the customer’s concern.
3. Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in AccessAudi
