Issue: Some 2020-2022 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit an illuminated malfunction
indicator lamp (MIL) with cylinder injection pulse offset diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P2B11, P2B13, P2B15,
P2B17, P2B19, P2B1B, P2B1D, and/or P2B1F stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) after various fuel
system repairs. This may be due to incorrect learned values in the PCM. To correct the condition, follow the Service
Procedure to reprogram the PCM, reprogram the transmission control module (TCM), and perform the Reset
Minimum Fuel Mass Adaptions All Cylinders.
Action: Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition on vehicles that meet all of the following criteria:
• 2020-2022 F-Super Duty
• 6.7L diesel engine
• DTCs P2B11, P2B13, P2B15, P2B17, P2B19, P2B1B, P2B1D, and/or P2B1F stored in the PCM
Warranty Status: Eligible under provisions of New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW)/Emissions Warranty/Service
Part Warranty (SPW)/Special Service Part (SSP)/Extended Service Plan (ESP) coverage. Limits/policies/prior
approvals are not altered by a TSB. NVLW/Emissions Warranty/SPW/SSP/ESP coverage limits are determined by
the identified causal part and verified using the OASIS part coverage tool.

Service Procedure
1. Reprogram the PCM and TCM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS)
diagnostic scan tool.
2. Using the FDRS Reset/Clear Specified Function application, perform the Reset Minimum Fuel Mass Adaptions All
Cylinders.
NOTE: Advise the customer that this vehicle is equipped with an adaptive transmission shift strategy which
allows the vehicle's computer to learn the transmission's unique parameters and improve shift quality. When
the adaptive strategy is reset, the computer will begin a relearning process. This relearning process may
result in firmer than normal upshifts and downshifts for several days.
