• The navigation tab in the virtual cockpit occasionally switches to the phone tab overnight or after a sleep cycle.
• The customer’s expectation is that the navigation tab will still be shown the next morning.

Inform the customer that this is a normal operation. The navigation tab can be easily reselected using the arrow
buttons on the steering wheel.
Note: Replacing the Audi virtual cockpit will not remedy the behavior described by the customer. Claims
for replaced parts will not be reimbursed.
