2023 F-Super Duty - DTC C006A:00 Setting In The TCU When A Diagnostic
Self Test Is Performed
Some 2023 F-Super Duty vehicles may experience diagnostic trouble code (DTC) C006A:00 in the
telematics control unit (TCU). If this is a stand alone DTC and no other codes are present, this may be
due to a TCU software concern. Replacement or reprogramming of the TCU may not resolve this
condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will
be released via an over the air (OTA) software update expected in Q2 2023. It is recommended that
customers that have experienced this concern should verify automatic updates are enabled and that the
vehicle has been run long enough to receive updates via OTA. Monitor OASIS for additional information.
