Some 2020-2023 Manual Transmission Tacoma vehicles may exhibit an abnormal clutch pedal
creak/squeak sound during operation.

This issue in being investigated. Please create a TAS case and contact TAS for instruction prior to
diagnosing or repairing of the vehicle. If it is a weekend or a holiday, continue with diagnosis and
repair. Please save all parts and/or details and contact TAS on the next available workday.
Prior to contacting TAS, confirm/attach the following to the case:
1. Video of the sound duplicating
2. No previous repairs/lubrication of related clutch pedal parts
3. No separation of any clutch pedal parts has occurred
4. Temperature and humidity conditions during duplication
