VIDA: Vehicle Information and Diagnostics for Aftersales When closing the front or rear door a rattle noise may occur from the middle of the outer door panel. SERVICE: Remove door panel and window lift according to VIDA. Apply new sealing compound ~20-30 cm (8 to 11 inches) on top of the original glue on the upper part of the beam, so that you get contact between the beam and the outer door panel. Do not push the outer door panel when applying the glue, see attached picture TJ32381.jpg. Diameter of the glue: Ø8 mm. P/N: 1161767 (VIDA P/N) replaced by Volvo Chemical Portal US P/N: 08901002 Volvo Chemical Portal Canada P/N: 890.1003 Install window lift and door panel according to VIDA.
