The following information describes an important and required procedure to
follow when preparing a UPS Ground return shipment of a steering column
replaced as part of the WQI-45 recall. Effective today, 5/21/2012, SIA has
requested 100% return of P.N.s 34500AJ13A and 34500AJ14A replaced as part of
this recall.
When preparing your UPS return shipping label, enter the part number
replaced and WQI-45 in the 1st Reference or #1 Reference field. For
example: 34500AJ13A / WQI-45.
