Customer states:
• Ticking and/or thumping noises can be heard, primarily when sitting in the right rear seat.
• The noises mostly occur at idling speed.
Workshop findings:
• The activated charcoal filter solenoid (N80) vibrates the activated charcoal filter line; this results in a ticking
and/or thumping noise.

1. Remove the wheel housing liner.
2. Install 11 sleeves 4KD 201 255 according to ETKA on the activated charcoal filter line (figure 1 b) in the area
of the wheel housing liner (figure 1c).
a. Please ensure that no lines are pressed, crushed, or put under tension when you fit the parts.
