Technical Service Bulletin • When carrying out "Check control unit configuration", the software version management (SVM) registers an unknown event. The suspension control module, J775 (address word 0074) can therefore not be automatically parametrized. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions. 2. Update the suspension control module, J775 (address word 0074) using the SVM action code as listed in the table below, if necessary: Model New Software Version (or higher) New ZDC Version SVM Code Input A4 ,A5, Q5, Q7, Q8 1215 8W0909576VC 74A005 3. After the software update, proceed with a new “basic settings complete” process of the suspension control module J775. Warranty Claim Type: • 110 up to 48 Months/50,000 Miles. • G10 for CPO Covered Vehicles – Verify Owner. • If the vehicle is outside any warranty, this Technical Service Bulletin is informational only.
