Condition
When the turn signal is activated, the sound emitted from the internal speaker of the virtual cockpit is intermittently
very loud. When this occurs, the volume is approximately twice as loud as usual.

This TSB replaces Pending Service Solution (PSS) TSB 2068300/2: PSS 90 Audi Virtual Cockpit: Turn signal
sound unusually loud.
SVM Update Instructions:
Always use DoIP when flashing a control module via ODIS in supported vehicles.
To Activate DoIP, select Administration>>General>>GFF Process>>DoIP communication>>Only allow
DoIP communication
This setting will automatically reset when the diagnostic session is ended.
You can tell if DoIP is active by observing a red LED on the VAS 6154(A)

Technical Service Bulletin
Update the Virtual cockpit J285 (address word 0017) using the steps below:
1. Deactivate the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection option in ODIS.
2. Ensure DoIP is turned ON.
3. Connect the diagnostics head with a USB cable to the vehicle.
4. Open the “Flash” feature in ODIS. Click on "SVM code input".
5. Enter SVM code FPKWW0060.
6. Ensure a USB stick is connected with update software:
• SD creator part number 8W6 906 961 Q.
7. Ensure the key remains on the reader coil throughout the update.
8. Follow the on screen prompts.
