This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or after May 07, 2022 (MDH
0507XX) and on or before March 28, 2023 (MDH 00328XX).
2022 - 2023 (M1) Jeep Compass
This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or after July 27, 2022 (MDH
0727XX) and on or before March 22, 2023 (MDH 0322XX).
2022 - 2023 (H1) Jeep Commander
This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or after February 08, 2022
(MDH 0208XX) and on or before March 22, 2023 (MDH 0322XX).**

Customers may experience the steering wheel is off-center.

Steering wheel centering.

This bulletin supersedes Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 19-003-23, date of issue March 03, 2023,
which should be removed from your files. All revisions are highlighted with **asterisks** and include
additional build dates, new Rapid Service Update (RSU) number and vehicle.
This Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) has also been released as a Rapid Service Update (RSU) **23110, date of issue April 15th, 2023**. All applicable Sold and UnSold RSU VINs have been loaded.
To verify this RSU service action is applicable to the vehicle, use VIP or perform a VIN search in
DealerCONNECT/Service Library. All repairs are reimbursable within the provisions of warranty. This
RSU will expire 18 months after the date of issue.

DIAGNOSIS:
If a customer’s VIN is listed in VIP or your RSU VIN list, perform the repair. This RSU only applies to
vehicles on the RSU VIN list.
1. Set up vehicle on alignment machine. Is the steering wheel off-center?
• YES>>>Proceed to Step 1 of the Repair Procedure.
• NO>>> This bulletin has been completed, use inspect LOP (02-00-99-9N) to close the active RSU.
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Perform front toe adjustment. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in DealerCONNECT>
Service Library under: Service Info> 02 Front Suspension / Wheel Alignment / Standard Procedure>
Front Wheel Alignment> Toe adjust.
2. Confirm steering wheel is centered.
