Neutral Idle Operation. Some customers may comment on a single bump feeling when coming to a stop with the brakes applied, or when releasing the service brake after coming to a stop and the transmission engages the 1-2-3-4 clutch. The concern will go away if shifted into Manual Mode, as Manual mode disables the Neutral Idle feature. If this condition is present in the vehicle, it is part of the neutral idle feature and is considered normal operation. No repairs should be performed.
