As outlined in the PCNA campaigns post “Campaign Closing Process” (https://ppn.porsche.com/portal/docs/
DOC-299524) Porsche will begin closing Workshop Campaigns open for more than 5 years. Recall campaigns
are not affected by this action and will remain open until 100% completion rate.
Due to this, PCNA will request back parts from dealers for campaigns that have been closed, and are no longer
available. Therefore, Porsche Cars North America requests return of the following parts to PCNA if in stock at your
dealership:

To avoid restocking charges and receive full credit, follow these steps:
• Please enter a return in PPL by Monday, July 24, 2023.
• Please use GR13D639 as a purchase order number.
• Parts returned to PCNA without a return delivery note will be sent back to the dealer at dealer’s expense.
• Return requests received after the specified return date will not be processed and the parts will not be accepted
for return. Parts will be coded non-returnable from that date on.
• These parts must be physically returned by close of business day on Monday, July 31, 2023 to your facing PDC.
