Purpose for Parts and Accessories Bulletin
To inform dealerships about the availability of the new Bluetooth Screamin’ Eagle Pro Street Tuner for California models.
Key Messages:
• California Air Resources Board (CARB) has granted an Executive Order (EO) for the latest Bluetooth based Screamin’ Eagle
Pro Street Tuner (Part No. 41001166).
• The product will remain a dealer-only installation product for California.
• The new Bluetooth Screamin’ Eagle Pro Street Tuner functionality will remain consistent with the previous generation as the
Smart Tune functionality is not available.

• It is recommended that dealerships have at least one tuner cable kit (Part No. 41001142) available on-hand for service
technicians within the dealership.
• Similar to the past legacy Pro Street Tuner for California, this part number will supersede every new model year to ensure it
remains compliant within California.
• The previous generation product (Part No. 41001212A), will continue to be offered within California due to pre-model year
2021 fitments.
