Cause
A customer may comment that the Park Assist will indicate an object detected
intermittently from either the left or right front middle sensors.
Possible interference from front License Plate Frame.
Correction:
Example of Park Assist indicator.
1. Check for a License Plate Frame to be installed on the front License Plate similar to the picture above.
2. If a License Plate Frame is present, remove the frame and re-evaluate for the concern.
3. If the concern is no longer present, do not re-install the License Plate Frame.
4. If the concern is still present, refer to normal SI Diagnostics.
