(AHM) is searching for certain 2023-2024 CR-Vs with a customer complaint of a visually defective run channel, wind noise, or window function issue that results in recommendation to replace the affected run channel. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect specific information from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind. Qualifiers AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements: 1. Must be able to visually confirm the run channel defect, or trace the wind noise, or the window function 2. Visual defects of the affected run channel must be captured in clear photos (1 wide-angle & 1 close-up) 3. Vehicle has not been involved in a collision. 4.
