ELECTRICAL FRONT INTERIOR COURTESY LIGHT – NON-ILLUMINATION Customer Voice: Interior courtesy lights are not automatically illuminating Technical Description: JLR Engineering investigations have found reports of customers unintentionally deactivating the front interior courtesy lights, causing it not to automatically illuminate. Reactivation & Deactivation are confirmed by either the interior light flashing and/or a message on the instrument cluster. If the customer issue is resolved by reactivating the auto illumination function, refer the customer to the relevant section within the ‘iGuide online’, for future reference. If the reactivation of the interior light illumination does not resolve the customer issue, then refer to the diagnosis and testing in TOPIx, (‘417-02: Interior Lighting’ > ‘Diagnosis and Testing’ > ‘Interior Lighting’).
