Cause Some radios were refurbished with missing internal components. Correction: Engineering is working with the Electronic Service Centers (ESC's) to quarantine parts. If you have received a radio that has a second part number sticker and the vehicle has one of these options, do not use the radio. Please contact the ESC to get another radio. Warranty Information For vehicles repaired under the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage (Canada Base Warranty coverage), use the following labor operation.
