Figure 1- Active Lane Keep Assist function missing from PCM AfterSales Sep 12, 2023 Page 1 of 3 Bulletin #: 2321 Advanced Technical Information Part ID: 2785 2 Technical Background A programming error from production may cause the Active Lane Keep Assist (ALKA) feature of Porsche InnoDrive to not be activated in the adaptive cruise control (ACC) control unit, despite the vehicle being equipped with Porsche InnoDrive. Service Information 1. Please create a VAL to document the coding information in the ACC control unit. Please also take a picture to document the absence of ALKA in the PCM. => Vehicle menu => Assistance 2. Perform Component Protection Commissioning of the ACC control unit: => Overview => Additional menu (F7) => Component protection commissioning => Distance sensor (ACC) Follow the on-screen prompts to ensure the commissioning completes successfully.
