Case Number: S2319000007 Release Date: September 2023 Symptom/Vehicle Issue: Squeak Noise From Dash Area When Turning The Steering Wheel. Discussion: Inspect the steering shaft bearing installed in the front bulkhead. The bearing is marked left-hand drive (LHD) or right-hand drive (RHD) to identify its application. If the bearing is not a correct match for the vehicle, a noise may result when turning the steering wheel. Replace the bearing if it does not match the application. See figures below.
