The gesture-controlled rear lid is not working.
Workshop findings:
The following DTC may be stored:
• B13034A: Control module for rear lid opening, incorrect component installed in the Comfort System Central
Control Module (address word 0046).
• Some early MY23 vehicles may have some components of the system installed (e.g. control unit or sensor).
Technical Background
This function has been discontinued from Model Year 2023 for this model (PR number BU2).

• In regards to this model, as of model year 2023 (PR Number BU2) the gesture-controlled rear lid function is no
longer available.
• Any related event memory entries which have been logged (refer to workshop findings) should be ignored.
• This feature cannot be enabled even if some of the parts of the system were installed at the factory.
• No work is required.
