Mitsubishi Technical Training has launched the fourth 2023 Quarterly Technician
Quiz. TQ042023 will be available from October 1 – December 31, 2023, and
dealer personnel must successfully complete this quiz no later than
December 31, 2023.
MMNA has a long-standing tradition of familiarizing its dealer partners’
technicians with critical technical documents that aid in repairing vehicles and
will ensure vehicles are properly repaired the first time. The information in this
quiz comes from the following documents which were released during the
period of July 1 - September 30, 2023:

Technical Information Notices
Technical Service Bulletins
Safety Recalls and Service Campaigns
To answer the questions on the quiz, the technician will have the opportunity to
open and review the source documents before providing an answer. This will help
to ensure that the technicians have reviewed all current essential repair
instructions, programming information, recalls, and Service Manual updates. Dealer
technicians are provided credit for successful completion of the quiz as part of the
Dealer Recognition Program.
Mitsubishi Technical Training is now assigning quarterly quizzes to technicians
and trainees in the Academy. Please have dealer personnel check their email for
notifications.
