CAUTION: Before proceeding with the instructions within this TPI the operative MUST confirm the symptoms listed below are
evident in particular - Acceleration limitation with erratic engine behaviour under full throttle conditions
VERY IMPORTANT: If the symptom present is evident during vehicle start up or similar conditions please refer to TPI

Acceleration limitation with erratic engine behaviour under full throttle conditions
•
Under acceleration the vehicle appears to be slow and unresponsive
•
The engine appears to be underpowered during acceleration
•
Drive System Fault warning evident within the DIP
The following DTC may also be evident
•
P310B00 – Symptom 2636 - Fuel low pressure regulation (Figure 1)

Technical background
IMPORTANT: Before following the instructions within the Measure section you must confirm the issue is evident in conjunction with all of the
symptoms listed within the Customer statement/Workshop findings section i n particular - Acceleration limitation with erratic engine
behaviour under full throttle conditions

Measure
1) Erase all DTC’s and attempt to reproduce the issue
• Should the issues still be evident please refer to the instructions within the Measure section ensuring each step in followed to completion

Should the issue not be evident the operative must open a new DISS query or respond via the open DISS query and await feedback before
conducting any further work
VERY IMPORTANT: Before proceeding the operative should refer to Rep.Gr 20 - Fuel system - Safety precautions

Rep.Gr 20 - Fuel system - To check
2) Referring to Rep.Gr 20 - Depressurise the fuel system
3) Referring to Figure 2 (Item 12) remove the fuel line shown

4) Referring to Figure 3 - Check to confirm if the fuel line is blocked/restricted

In the event the fuel line is blocked/restricted - Replace the fuel line as shown in Figure 2 (item 12) ensuring all Rep.Gr guidelines are
strictly adhered to

In the event the fuel line is not blocked/restricted the operative should refer to Rep.Gr 20 and conduct the Low pressure fuel system - to
test and provide feedback via a new or existing DISS query
