Technical Service Bulletin 91 Remote park assist plus not working - myAudi app message "Connection to vehicle required" 91 23 44 2071986/1 November 6, 2023. Model(s) Year e-tron GT, and RS e-tron GT 2022 – 2024 e-tron quattro, etron Sportback, and e-tron S 2023 A6, A6 allroad, S6, RS 6 Avant, A7, S7, RS 7, 2023 – 2024 S8, S8, Q7, SQ7, Q8, SQ8, and RS Q8 Q8 e-tron quattro, Q8 Sportback e-tron, SQ8 e-tron quattro, and SQ8 Sportback e-tron VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment All Remote Park Assist plus 2024 Condition Customer states: Remote-controlled parking (remote park assist plus) is not working. The following message appears in the myAudi app when activating remote park assist plus: “Connection to vehicle required - please make sure you are near your vehicle to start the function”. However, the customer is already near the vehicle. Workshop findings: • No relevant DTCs are stored. The event memory entry “B187A00: Cancel parallel parking assist (symptom number 98341)” has no influence with regard to this complaint. Technical Service Bulletin Production Solution Not applicable. Service Please perform a terminal 30 reset of the vehicle by disconnecting the 12 Volt battery -A-. The procedure is described in the instructions in ElsaPro. Please keep the 12V battery disconnected for approximately 20 minutes.
