Workshop findings: The following DTC may be stored in the Engine Control Module, -J623- (address word 0001). • DTC P2407 (P240700) “EVAP emission control system leakage diagnosis pump current fluctuating”. No other relevant event memory entry is logged in the engine control unit. Technical Background OBD diagnostics too sensitive. Production Solution New software in the Engine control module, -J623- (address word 0001) addressed the condition.
