No customer concerns, it is found during PDI or any other diagnostic work.
Workshop findings:
The following DTC and symptom code are stored in the Comfort System Control Module, -J393- (address word
0046) even though there is no problem in the vehicle:
• B200096: Control Module Faulty (Symptom 131164)
Technical Background
Software issue in the convenience control unit -J393- (diagnostic address 0046).
Production Solution
This bulletin will be updated when more information is available. A solution is currently under development.
Service
Do not perform any repairs as there is no functional restriction. Any repairs for this concern may be denied.
