Service Information or the EPC/parts catalog does not show that there is a one way check valve built into the windshield washer hose that connects to the washer pump. This check valve is to prevent washer uid from leaking. Correction: If no other root cause is found, then the check valve is included with the windshield washer hose that connects to the washer pump (#1 below) and replace as necessary.
